+ Clean , friendly staff, walking distance to all shopping . Restaurant inside the the hotel excellent foods and cocktails. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and enjoyable stay.

+ It is very centrally located, just 5 minutes walk from the Orchard Gateway mall and Orchard Road. There’s a supermarket literally just across the street and quite a few eateries along the road too. Rooms were quirky and your room was cleaned every day. Foyer doubles as the bathroom to maximised space. The roof top pool and bar was a great place to hang out as was the restaurant on the ground floor. It has a very “happy” and young vibe and when we ate in the restaurant our second night there, it was not only happy hour so cheap drinks but ladies got free glasses of prosecco. Win-win. Would definitely appeal to the younger crowd.

− The rooms were a bit small so when there are two staying there, there’s not much space to move around and there are no self-serve laundry facilities so you either have to find a 24 hour laundromat in the area (ChatGPT was good for that) or just take it all home with you to wash. Housekeeping also came round early a couple of times instead of between 10 & 2 and woke us up ringing the “doorbell.” Some may find the masks on the lamp shades creepy.

+ Modern and beautiful. Very nice facilities including the restaurant and the rooftop pool and dining area. Wonderfully serene on the roof by the pool

− Rooms were on the small side - although adequate, we would have appreciated a bit more room to move around. No ice available, but supplied by the bar downstairs in cups upon request.

− Very bad building noise from next door large building site so couldn't use the balcony to rest . Be nice to have drinks tea coffee etc available poolside . Restaurant closed at 9.30 on Tuesday ?? Thought as a suggestion the water and apples supplied free poolside could have been in a shaded area or have a cover But nice touch to have cold water poolside.

Great modern hotel with a popular hotel bar in good location. however beware of construction noise

− External construction noise that was not highlighted to me prior to arrival which would have the hotel would have known about for months and also should be advertising that the work will probably to take probably up to 12 months tor longer to complete

+ No breakfast included. Great vibe & bar downstairs.Rooms small but very well appointed & funky. Great location & good value.

− The rooftop lounge area was not available to attend due to other functions on at the time ... disappointing!. The pool was also out of order one day.
