Relaxed and comfortable
+ As my husband is a wheelchair user, please add a shower chair or stool to the bathroom. Please find a solution to the bathroom door of room 569: the mechanism is so strong that my husband could not open the door.

+ I could put more and close my eyes on some minuses, if only the stuff in the reception would be more friendlier, I feel not welcomed at all, and doesn’t matter who is working, it spoils all the impression

− They absolutely exploit you if you happen to need to stay on Grand Prix weekend. Would also have been good to get a drink later at night.

Handy location for a city visit
+ It’s in a great location on Robertson Quay. If you are able to walk, or ride a bike, then the riverbank path is easy to access & will take you all the way to Marina Bay. The hotel was comfortable & breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant.
− The rooms are quite compact, we didn’t like the wash basin being directly in the bedroom. The breakfast was served in the bar area & the music was far too loud for the time of day.

+ The clean service in the room was remarkable - they even tided up my suitcase and lovingly lined up all my scattered makeup. Also the location is great. Early check in and overall staff was super nice.
− Breakfast was poor to my choice and the coffee was disgusting + no almond milk and it was hard to find salt.

I would stay here again. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was really good with loads of options.
+ Breakfast was amazing. The staff were amazing. My son had an incident while we were there where he chipped his tooth in the pool and the staff were so responsive and called a taxi for us to the hospital. They came up to the room to make sure we were ok and ready for the hospital. The room was comfortable and perfect for us.
− Everything was fine. I do not have any negative comments. Some parts in the hotel did look a little aged and could do with being modernised.

+ Location was 7 minute walk from MRT, close to restaurants, and the breakfast was excellent.
− Not sustainably friendly - plastic water bottles, towels changed each day, and couldn’t see recycling.
