+ The location is excellent near everything I needed.

− The room that I booked the proportion and bathroom layout was not functional to use. The layout of the rain shower is a massive miss for me since the layout forced us the make the floor wet all the time both entering and exiting the bathroom. However, overall of oir stay was good.

Immaculate rooms and the staff were amazing, would highly recommend

+ Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean, had one issue with the shower which was resolved immediately.

A great little hotel

+ A very well appointed compact room with very comfortable beds and a good shower.

− We were warned about noise on Friday and Saturday nights but it stopped at midnight

− My room was on the ground floor and did not have a window…which I knew about when booking, but was still quite surprised with.

+ A very pleasant stay in a convenient location with easy access to China Town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the small shared kitchen, especially the filtered water for refilling bottles. The room was spotless and the bed exceptionally comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay in Singapore.

+ Nice, comfy room, in a great location.

− It was a bit awkward that we could not open the shutters of the windows. We paid extra for a room with windows but the shutters were glued shut. Other than that, a perfect hotel. I'd stay there again.

Loved the location, the room, the staff and Singapore.

+ The two people who worked the desk (Alex and Tisan) were exceptional. They were friendly and helped me in numerous ways. Alex helped me check in on arrival and I saw Tisan do that with others. He also gave me directions to the Apple store as my iPhone had been stolen the week before I arrived. He recommended places to eat and see nearby as well as where to wash my clothes. Tisan was also helpful in similar ways. She helped me with directions to sites of interest and she made sure I had a taxi to get to the airport. Both Alex and Tisan stepped up to help me navigate without a cell phone and I greatly appreciated that. I also liked that fresh water was available and it was not in plastic as seems to be the custom elsewhere.

− The step into the bathroom made me more conscious about moving in an out of the bathroom than I wanted to be.

A comfortable stay at a great location!

+ A quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Chinatown! Really enjoyed our stay at KINN Studios- the location is unbeatable, on Keong Saik Road, mere minutes away from some of the city's best hawker stalls and tourist attractions. There are also several MRT stations- including Outram Park station and Maxwell- located within walking distance, which makes exploring this vibrant city a breeze. The hotel itself is minimalist and stylish- the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. When we faced some noise issues in our room- the staff were kind enough to accommodate our request to shift to a quieter room. Overall- had a lovely stay and won't hesitate to go back!

− We were first assigned a street- facing room, and hence faced some disturbance at night owing to traffic and pedestrian movements at odd hours. The late- night noise did become a bit of an issue. However- the staff were polite and accommodating enough to move us to a quieter room on a higher floor, upon request.

− nothing except no breakfast
