Truly amazing stay. We will be very happy to stay at this hotel again.
+ 1. The staff were excellent. They made our stay truly wonderful. 2. We were given a free upgrade at check-in because we were booked for about 2 weeks. Nice touch. 3. The facilities were great. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. 4. The food we ordered for room service was also good.

+ The hotels location is ideal for those wanting to explore Kuala Lumpurs attractions and shops. Close to transport and all the action. The room was lovely and large and breakfast selection was good. I would recommend the hotel.
