For price and convenience, I would stay in J8 again but it is a no frills accommodation. I expect though no frills, it’s
+ Property was centralised to shopping and food.
− Mini bar fridge freezes all my drinks and food. Bathroom gets wet while taking shower coz glass panel to shower area is too narrow.

+ Close to the underground to explore Singapore. Bathroom was well equipped and clean
− Rooms are very small . We had a twin room and we were practically ontop of each other . Walls in the bedrooms are thin and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms . Breakfast was poor , noodles / pre toasted and lukewarm toast / eggs and that was it . No fruit juice .

− We had requested an early check-in via message a few days before our arrival, which would have incurred an extra charge. When we arrived, despite the messages sent beforehand, we were told that early check-in was impossible. Yet we had explained our situation. We therefore had to book an extra night upon arrival, as early check-in was unavailable. Their communication was unclear, and at reception, they claimed the problem originated with us.
