Featuring sleek, luxury designs and soft lighting, the units come with quality furniture, comfort seating area and branding bedding. Each of the rooms includes a private bathroom, with bathrobe and free toiletries prepared. Hotel have fitness center. Both Chinese and Western delicacies can be expected at the on-site dining places. Char is highly recommended for steak, while Ying is the top choice for Chinese dishes like roast duck. The lobby lounge would be nice choice to finish a busy day with an intriguing nightcap. An Excellent Hotel and Amazing Staff
+ I loved the facilities, excellent service, and supportive staff. The hotel's convenient location, with many places easily accessible nearby, was another highlight.
− One area that could be improved is the bathroom facilities. The bathrooms do not have a handheld bidet spray (shattaf), and guests are expected to rely on toilet paper only. Providing a bidet spray would make the stay more comfortable and convenient.

A very special stay
+ We stayed at the hotel for my birthday, and the decorations along with all the thoughtful touches truly made the celebration special. A big thank you to the team, you were fantastic and helped make it a memorable stay! Jerry, who assisted us with check-in, was great - very helpful and professional. Room service was impeccable. My son declared he wanted to stay and live in the hotel, that's how much he loved it.
− Just a note for future guests - the bathroom layout with a see‑through door between the toilet and shower may feel a bit lacking in privacy.. For one of the days, we also had our breakfast packed before an early flight. The selection was a bit limited. It might be helpful if the hotel offered guests more choice or included a wider variety.
