A comfy place to stay for short trips

+ The decor of the place was eclectic and done very tastefully. The room was large and spacious. The staff in general was nice however there were lot of communication issues. The place was clean and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The rooms have BT Speakers to plan your own music which is very thoughtful I felt

− There were frequent power cuts and sometimes they were out for hours. Surprisingly the hotel doesn't have any source of standby supply and we had to sit in dark for hours. The breakfast options for vegetarians are very limited and overall its a repetitive menu. There are no coffee options in the room. The hotel has a spa and it can be a hit or miss depending on what you like. The infrastructure is new so looks great but there are signs of wear & tear and there is no maintenance is going on. The lighting in the room wasnt sufficient

+ Spacious, clean, and modern rooms with all the latest technology. Loved the remote-controlled curtains, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, and smart room features. Very comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. A great place for a modern and relaxing stay!

+ Вот вариант живого и естественного отзыва: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Отличный отель! Очень современный, стильный и уютный. Номера просторные, с красивым дизайнерским интерьером, всё новое и продумано до мелочей. Особенно понравилась большая ванная комната и комфортная кровать. Отдельный плюс — тёплый бассейн, в котором приятно плавать в любое время дня. С территории открывается красивый вид на горы, вокруг тихо, свежий воздух и ощущение, что находишься далеко за городом, хотя доехать совсем несложно. Очень приятный контингент гостей — спокойно, без шумных компаний, атмосфера располагает к полноценному отдыху. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, везде чистота и порядок. Отличное место как для романтического отдыха, так и для поездки с семьёй. Обязательно вернёмся ещё!

+ Definitely an eye opener! The decor is grand & funky. Big room & great restaurant. Nice swimming pool & parking . Oh thought the restaurant staff were excellent too.

− No local beer !! Just all imported with expensive prices . You don’t come to Kazakhstan to drink beer from Belgium .

AWESOME HOSPITALITY . VIBING STAY

+ Everything 😍 I loved the hospitality. Seda is so helping and happy person . The status is about 10_12 kms away from the centre of the city but the peace you get is worth it . You have the mountain view with lux rooms . Every room is under automation. ❣️ The interiors are so thoughtful. Great restaurant vibes at the terrace ❤️ Will definitely gonna stay here whenever I visit again.

− I don't know what to say here . Genuinely it's so pretty stay . But yes the only con is lift and a little distant location. However it is approachable through yandex anytime. And yes if you could add some vegetarian without egg options too which is difficult in Almaty. Else I loved everything.

− Stuff. They seemed not caring about problem that people facing and the administration at that day wasn’t so friendly.
