Relaxing and luxurious
+ Everything!! The room was large and furnished with quality appliances, and soft furnishings. Everything about the room was quality; the flooring, joinery; the fabrics used on the furiture and the curtains etc. The view from my corner room on the 12th floor included the stunning infinity pool view and city skyline. I had a tour of the Chinese restraunt which was absolutely beautiful with it's private rooms and tea house. The artwork all around the foyer and to the bar and conference rooms is gorgeous. Every corner of the hotel provides relaxing spaces and is well thought out. The buffet breakfast area is ambient and relaxing, and the choices and presentation of food is exceptional. Can't wait to stay again.

Good and clean place with very good and helpful staffs.
+ I like the environment of the hotel and the room are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The check in staffs are very polite and I really appreciated the help from one of the check in staff Suk Yin as when she heard that my flight was delayed, she offered to extend my check out time to 2pm and we can really slept for a short while as the previous night we don't have a good sleep as in different bed.
− Signage from the rooms to the lift as we lost our way out on the 1st day but overall nothing we don't like.
