Nice local option in Singapore!
+ This was a clean and comfortable place to stay not far from the MRT (20min walk) in a cool mainly muslim neighbourhood. I walked down but i got the bus back to Kembagan on return to the airport. Would stay again.

A straightforward place to stay if you mainly need somewhere to sleep, with a pleasant neighborhood
+ The room was adequate for a short stay, with everything I needed for a place to rest after a full day out. I also liked the Joo Chiat area, which has plenty of character and places to explore nearby.
− The price was quite high during my stay, so I felt the room could have been better for the amount paid, although I didn't have any major complaints. The location is also around 15 minutes or more from the nearest MRT station or a more central bus connection, which may be inconvenient if you're carrying heavy luggage.

Clean room, great staff but can be quite noisy
+ The room and shower were extremely clean, they also provide toothbrush/toothpaste amd shower cap as additional amenities. Staff were lovely and happily agreed to a late check-out (since I arrived after 11pm the night before).
− There seems to be no noise insulation at all. I could hear every single conversation, doors opening and closing, etc. Luckily I had earplugs or it would have been impossible to sleep well. Also, the MRT is quite far from the hotel.

Met the requirements of a physically challenged person
+ Good staff. Friendly. Also worked hard to accommodate my requests. I'm a person with disabilities.
− Room that was given although good was a little too small for me to move around comfortably due to my disabilities but it still met my requirements.
