Very Good
+ Great location. Walking distance to MRT station, mall and variety of eating places. Staff were friendly n helpful. Bed n pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. Spacious room for twin share.
− Air conditioner was too cold as the control pad didn't work as well. Exhaust fan in the bathroom would be beneficial.

Great location, spacious room, good value for money .
+ Stayed in family room; Room is spacious with proper SS bed for my daughter. Had good sleep as enjoyed the firm mattress used. There were no musky or unpleasant smells as noted by sime reviewers. Check in was hassle free. Love the location as bus stop is right in front of entrance. There are several buses that takes me to newton MRT - 2 bus stops away. Novena Sq/ Goldhill Plaza/ Velocity are all within short walking distances.
− Hotel looks a little dated but that’s purely aesthetic ; It only matters if one is looking to relax in a resort type hotel. Non consequential if you’re out most day & need a clean space to rest. Internet connection was not great. Line keeps dropping & gets laggy.
