Overall experience has been good
+ Location was good - walking distance to MRT, malls, eateries, and the Suntec convention centre Stay was comfortable - room was clean, quiet and spacious (i booked premier king room)

Albeit it was a short stay, we enjoyed the hospitality and the central location of this hotel
+ It is centrally located. MRT, Buses were easily within walking distance. No issues for food too. There's a coffee shop a few doors away and business there was robust. Bugis junction is nearby and Brasbasah is merely a walk away. No doubt the room was small as it was a heritage building, the service made up for it. An example was when we discovered that the minibar had a leftover drink in there....the moment we informed the reception, our minibar was immediately restocked and double up too. It was a lovely gesture and we appreciated it.

+ Loved the location, the historical vibe of the building itself. The building has been refurbished and maintained nicely. The bar and the bartender are both amazing. The Artist Suite was very comfortable for 2 people, and the bed was very welcoming. Some great food and cafe options around. The Basq & Bean cafe has some delicious burnt cheesecakes. Must visit and ask the chef for a recommendation.
− The room size is small, but I guess that's just a Singapore thing. The room could definitley used some soundproofing as you can hear every little thing from the road below. There are 1-2 bars on the same street, and they can get pretty loud long into the night.

Great stop over, will stay again.
+ The little snacks and drinks helped us when we were dealing with Jet lag. Everything we needed for a night in Singapore. Comfortable beds.

+ The location is very convenient to quite a few nice spots (e.g. MBS, National Stadium). Also quite a few nice food offerings within walkable distance.
− The room is itself a little small. If I were a bit taller (I’m 173), my foot might hit the wall while laying in bed.
