We had a great stay at Hotel Boss Singapore. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and the overall experience was very good.
A special mention to Keerthy, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. Her friendly attitude and excellent service really stood out.
Thank you, Keerthy, and the Hotel Boss team for making our stay a pleasant one. We would be happy to stay here again!

One area that could use some improvement is the toilet facilities in the lobby. They don’t quite match the standard of the other facilities in the hotel. We particularly found them challenging to use with young children, so an upgrade would make the overall experience even better for families.

I absolutely loved their location. It is in a very convenient place, close to all attractions. You can also see the Singapore Flyer from the room. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel. There are external restaurants and spas just outside the hotel. They also allow you early check-in and late check-out. They have 2 separate restaurants for halal and non-halal buffet breakfast. Something I really admired.

The rooms are very very small. You'll struggle to open your luggage. And I am talking about their double bedrooms.

I am hoping again to stay

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we had a really nice experience and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Unfortunately, the receptionist, Vasanthi, did not welcome us with a smile, and her attitude towards us was quite unpleasant.
I noticed that the other receptionists who were serving different customers were friendly, welcoming, and smiling, so the difference in attitude was quite noticeable.
I’m sharing this because I believe guests should be treated warmly and respectfully from the moment they arrive. I hope you can look into this matter.

as far as we stay place is recommendable to traveller easy to access anything..place for lobby is wide you can stay and

accessible to buses and near both side of mrt station..convenient to check in and check out
near to any store or accessible as well to any food store

View was good. Easy to access from airport. Housekeeping was helpful.

Great location and fair value

The hotel is a beautiful building by the river in a great location five minutes walking from Lavender MRT station.
Great restaurants on the ground floor.
Friendly professional staff in the reception area.
Value is just okay at 100 Euros per night without breakfast.
Spacious room on the 16th floor with a magnificent view of the surrounding skyscrapers. Comfortable bed.

I spent eight nights there and I believe that the bed linen should have been replaced more than once.

Very good value for money, has everything you need

Feels like a luxury hotel when you walk in, very friendly staff, very clean and had all the facilities. Various shops/ restaurants on the bottom floor. Pool is nice. It is also very close to lavender MRT station.

Our room had a strange Smokey smell when we arrived. The staff were very helpful and came to spray air freshener but it didn’t really help much. The rooms are small but manageable for 2 people. Very good value for money - the small room is made up for with the level of luxury of the hotel.
