Value and location
+ The location and price are great, the friendly helpful staff are a bonus. 10 minutes easy walk will get you to Paya Lebar MRT station . There are plenty of food options nearby including a hawker centre as well as more upmarket options and a local market with a fruit stall and bakery The hotel itself is old school and a little run down. The plus side to being an older hotel is that the rooms are far bigger than most newer Singapore hotels . The pool is likewise huge. We would definitely recommend if you want value location and don’t mind an older more basic room/ bathroom
− Corridor noise is a problem in the rooms.

Clean comfortable well-run establishment.
+ Large clean rooms, accesibility to Paya Lebar which has everything you need, except the crowds of Orchard road. Room was serviced daily. Pool was great. WiFi was fine. Reception area comfortable.
− Not much not to like. The hotel may not be a 5 star resort but it does the job and is great value for $. If you're a pragmatic practical person you'll love it. If you're an entitled princess then go somewhere else, you'll probably melt in Geylang serai like a snowflake anyway.
