بسیار عالی
+ The location was great, with easy access to buses and the MRT. The room was comfortable, although it could have been cleaner. I really appreciated the friendly service and the hotel's flexibility in offering me a late check-out. I also enjoyed being close to the city centre and nearby areas such as Joo Chiat. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
− What I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the room, as it could have been better.

Good Value for Singapore's Price Tag
+ Given the high hotel prices in Singapore, Hotel 81 Princess offers good value for money. We only needed a place to stay for one night before boarding our Disney Adventure Cruise, and this hotel met our needs at a fraction of the cost of other accommodations. A decent and affordable place for a good night's sleep.
− As expected with budget hotels in Singapore, the room was quite small, but the affordable price makes up for this. My only issue was with the soap dispenser in the bathroom, as the cover kept coming off. A minor inconvenience that could easily be fixed.

OK for 2 nights
+ The room was already available when we arrived and they allowed us an early check-in. That was really amazing after a night flight from Europe, we truly appreciate it! Kind guys at the reception. Many shops, restaurants and two different bus stops around. It's in the area where nightlife venues for adults are located (if you know what I mean wink), maybe someone will appreciate that. :D
− The bed was clean, the bathroom was ok, but the floor was absolutely disgusting like they didn't clean it at all after previous guests. It seemed to be a little bit expensive for such a room but maybe it's Singaporean standard.

A good hotel for a short stay, with basic amenities.
+ Good location , easy access to the centre of town . Staff friendly and helpful. They have booking taxis for us . We can also leave luggage due to our flight was in the evening and checked out little later so for us means a lots of help. A hotel for those who don't need much; the important thing is that the bathroom has a good shower, towels, and shower gel. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable with clean bedding, and there is a kettle, coffee, and tea. It has the basics—fine for a few nights.
− The bathroom was moldy—likely because both the room and bathroom were small and the windows couldn't be opened—but the air conditioning was good.

It’s just ok.
+ Location as it was close to the National Stadium. Easy for us to get to the concert.
− VERY slow in replying my messages before arriving. There’s one message didn’t get a reply at all. The rooms were pretty small. Not much room to walk nor move.
