Good value. Great service.
+ Easy location. Clean. Quiet. Grateful for the front desk being staffed 24 hours.
− All good. For some this will feel like a sketchy neighborhood. However, I have never had any issues.

Good rest up for a long flight layover
+ good room for a couple or a small family. Close to shops and restaurants. Lot of food options outside the hotel
− Should have been a bathroom mat. Room used to get wet from wet feet after using the bathroom.

+ The staff are friendly. The drinking faucet is very convinience. Check-in and check-out procedure were fast. Whole building is cool with air conditions everywhere.
− I understand that windows cannot be opened because of many different policies, but it could be relaxed to have some fresh air at some point in the day. Personally, I like the diffused sunlight shines on the bed in the morning, so maybe it would be great to just have another sheer curtain layer. Another thing is the sound insulation is not very well, mostly the noise from the hall.

Decent enough if you’re just using it for sleeping and there are no other options in your budget.
+ The staff was friendly. The MRT was not too far. A lot of food options nearby that were open 24 hours. Aircon worked well.
− The toiletries provided were a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. You have to buy your own hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash as there isn’t any provided. There also isn’t a mini fridge so you can’t really keep drinks cool. The price was cheaper compared to other hotels but I think it’s still a bit too high for what’s provided.

This is a very good budget hotel
+ Property was very affordable. This is a very good place for budget travelers in Singapore. We can expect minimum condition in a budget hotel. That we understood. We stayed 5 nights. After 3rd day, we have been shifted to another room since AC was not working properly. However, hotel staff quickly attended and changed our room. Windows cannot be opened for a security reason. That's what we have been informed after we inquired about reserving window access rooms. 650 meters away from the closest MRT station EW 9. This is bit of challenging if you travel with elders who have physical fitness concerns. Best thing was we had access to nearby restaurants.
− It could have been better if the hotel can arrange bell boy service. Many of the staff were very friendly. However, there was a front office mail staff who did our check-in on the day 1 and we haven't received a warm welcome. We understand sometimes that some of the services may vary due to staff's attitudes. Other than this particular incident, we did not have any other bad situation with the staff.

Good enough
+ Staff was very helpful. The room we had a first smelled like smoke, and the AC did not cool the room. Thankfully, we we were able to change rooms.
− The hotel is quite old and expensive for a simple room. The location is bad and dangerous to navigate.
