+ This is an excellent hotel for visiting Beijing. Loved the facilities in room. Water in the room was very much appreciated. A laundry room with washing machine,dryer and ironing board was amazing. All in all very functional hotel. Also the breakfast was excellent.
− The staff on Reception were polite but did not smile or make visitors feel particularly welcome. They did not seem to want to interact with clients.

+ It is 8-9min walk from the Workers’ Stadium station (人民体育场). We got down at the wrong station Dongzhimen (taking the hotel’s name Dongzhimen and thinking it should be near Dongzhimen) and walked for a very long distance.

Lovely staff, comfortable lodgings.
+ Staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. I had missed my original check-in time and they were still able to adjust and accommodate me for a few hours. I was having quite the stressful trip and having a home base at this hotel truly made a huge difference.
− The facilities and room are a little dated, but otherwise very clean and well-maintained.
