Pleasant
+ Location is good. Staff is willing to help even though they don't speak English. Free water bottles available. Pizza Hut, Starbucks and few local bistros just nearby.
− The staff speaks only basic English. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better. I've found dusty shelves in the room. Limited options of vegetables for breakfast. Breakfast is overpriced.

Over all a good hotel with potential to be better.
+ The kindness of the hotel staff. The meeting area in the 2nd floor.
− Too less Western Food options for breakfast as you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The Shower cabin needs a major renovation (Lime). No shelfs for shirts, pants or socks.

Excellent
+ Everything was nice, from the room size and cleanliness to the commodifites in the hotel (gym and laundry). Besides, the hotel is lcaoted near the Temple of Heaven, which we visited.
− One thing to take into account is that the closest subsway station is about 15-20 minutes walking from the hotel, so this needs to be considered. Personally the weather was nice so it was always a nice walk, but we guess in winter or summer it might be something to be kept in mind

Homely place to stay with good access to the tourist areas
+ The staff were really genuinely helpful to ensure I got around the city safely and conveniently. Breakfast spread was great and homely plus the pizza hut and other restaurants next door have good affordable meals for dinner
− Bathrooms are really tiny
