Great hotel and location
+ Great location, great staff and excellent breakfast. Lots of western and Asian cuisine. Great pool.

Good hotel and helpful staff
+ Good hotel, clean room, daily housekeeping, kind and respectful staff. Also, location feels quite safe and walking distance to a few good restaurants and a supermarket.
− The central air conditioning makes the room temperature quite uncomfortable. As it was winters so they had the heaters on and made it quite hot. Not everyone prefers the same sorta room temperature for a comfortable sleep. The only solution was to open the window but then it got noisy due to passing vehicles on the highway. Staff were kind enough to give me a fan to make it better which kinda worked. Though, I would have preferred to be able to set the room temperature as per my own comfort.
