Extra-Ordinary Stay
+
1st: I loved the cleanliness of the hotel internal overall ambience.
2nd: I loved the clean room & facilities in the room.
3rd: Although designed as a clever compact bunk room that i was staying-in, i loved the cosiness of the small entrance & eating area , the personal sink , the (bathroom) a compact toilet & shower cubicle , which was very clean!
4th: The bunk Queen bed was amazing & comfortable.
5th: Dining amenities were provided along with a microwave. Super awesome!
6th: Design esthetics of the hotel & my Bunk-room were absolutely just FABULOUS!!!
7th: My Hosts (Tricia, Divina & Rome) were Super Spectacular throughout my whole short stay - in serving me whilst I had some small issues with My Digital Key access. Which eventually was sorted , of course.
8th: Should the Room prices always be kept consistent & especially reasonable for that Location (as room prices vary from date , time and Location) , Heritage Collection on Victoria WILL definitely be My 1st Choice to stay at , on my next Solo visits in to Singapore.

NOTHING not to Like.
Just had a small issue with regards to my Digital Room/ Access Key. Which was assisted & sorted out definitely by Our Super Hosts (Tricia , Divina & Rome).
This specific Location did not have a Lift.
But Lucky it was just a 3 storey accommodation:
Ground Floor is Floor-1 ,
1st Floor is Floor-2 , and
2nd Floor is Floor-3.
I stayed on Floor-3 , not too bad as I had a small sized Cabin Luggage Bag to carry Up.

Divina was an excellent hostess. Always helpful and cheery, a whatsapp message away and replies quickly to every need ! Totally recommend the hotel , good location to arab st, metro, room had cutlery microwave etc, and free washers available on the floor! Thank you Divina for a positive welcoming experience !

The property was out of my expectations, it was a surprise that the room is good and the staff are very nice, esp divina and rome they are very helpful. The place also very nice, close to everything. Definitely i will come back to heritage

Great option all-round

Great location for the F1 Grand Prix, 15 minute away from Gate 1. Also convenient for work or tourism, 10 min away from 2 MRT stations.
Convenient cafeteria next to the entrance.
Clean and well equipped (pot, dehumidifier, fridge, cutlery...)
Good AC, chills the room fast.

Access via NFC reader can be very inconvenient: multiple tries on my phone and you can be left stranded if you have no battery or connection. Ensure you have plenty of both.
Stairs to bed are very, very steep, and pass is quite narrow, avoid altogether if you have any mobility issues.
Bathroom gets very humid, ventilation cannot keep up.

Really Nice Stay

Well located, near Kampong Glam and 5 minutes to a MRT station. The room was small but confortable and modern. The hotel was clean and the staff very kind.

On the one hand, in my opinion, there is too dependency of technologies. The room key is on the hotel app and it would be helpful for many guests (of different ages) having a physical one. On the other hand if you have any doubt, problem or something, the staff we’ll be ready to solve the problem at the moment. We talk with Rome via WhatsApp and we met Luna on the hotel, both of them help us in every moment we needed.

- Check in/out was a seamless process with the mobile app.
- Despite it being a small unit, it was actually really cosy. Bed was large and comfortable, though a little high. There was also a mini fridge, microwave and utensils. Smart TV worked well and was easy to use, with great resolution.
- Front desk Luna was helpful and detailed.

- Bathroom was a little bit of a squeeze but expected.

I think due to smaller size they need to move washing area outside of bath.
