Guests who are highly sensitive to noise may wish to consider this before booking. We highly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". + Comfortable property. Digital access worked well. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive.
− No local TV channels. Also, just an heads up. No fault of the staff or property, but it is very noisy on the quay side of the hotel. I expected some noise given the location but the nights I stayed there were people yelling and partying at 4 am long after the establishments closed. The hotel staff had ear plugs ready so this is a common issue.

+ I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - Quayside Wing. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Singapore. Mitch, Mary & Shannen were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - Quayside Wing!
− The only downside is the lack of on-site assistance after 6:00 PM, which can be a little inconvenient if you need immediate help in the evening.

+ Very easy self checkin Hotel - everything is explained well, how to use the App. The Raffles Loft is incredible. Nice balcony -great view.
− You need to know that you are in the middle of teh party hot spot. So it does get lound dunring the night. We knew that - so no surpirse. Everything OK

+ Very good price and great location, room very quiet and clean, staff very friendly and helpful, gave me access to an iron quickly and helped me with the arrival. Very handy kitchen space with fridge, access to washing machine very practical.
− The window is not on an open space but inside a restaurant (does not show on the picture of the room). No standing mirror in the whole hotel. Room is on two floor and no space to open my suitcase (as in pictures of the room though).
