The staff is not thinking about the guests

+ The location is quit and safe.

− Me and my kids had a transit flight to another country, we should leave the hotel at 04:30 am. The young lady at the reception told me that they gonna pack our breakfast, I just need to come to the reception and ask the guy for it, because she will not be here. In the morning when I went to the reception, a young guy was there he told me that no one informed him about our lunch and the kitchen is closed. So me and my kids left the hotel starving. This is really bad. Will not go to this place again. Before we stayed in Reikartz Amirun hotel near the airport, they packed our breakfast. It was very kind of them, as they thought about us. Unfortunately, this time Amirun was full, so I chose Hafiz Plaza hotel and I left it so sad.

− Smelt. Dirty. Noisy. And walls and ceiling is thin. Can hear other guests.

− The room and the bathroom were not cleaned properly. There were no bedside sockets. The shower should be fixed. The shower curtain smells strongly of cigarette smoke, which makes it impossible to take a shower, as after having a shower we smell as a bum. There are no towel hooks in the shower.

+ I booked a room with booking.com, I arrived early in the morning, i had my passport and reservation checked by hotel team and I was asked to wait in the lobby for my hotel room to check in Then after couple of hours of waiting my booking has been cancelled and I was asked to leave the hotel Not reliable, don’t recommend

+ What I liked most about this property was the receptionist, she was very kind and honest. I usually pay in cash, and there was a moment when I accidentally gave more than the required amount. She immediately returned the excess without hesitation, which I really appreciated. It’s rare and speaks a lot about her integrity. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The amenities were complete, and everything I needed was available during my stay. On the downside, the location requires a bit of walking if you want to buy groceries or eat, unless you order through apps like Yandex. In my case, I mostly ordered food through the app, which was convenient. One thing I liked is that drinking water is free, you can refill your bottle anytime. The place is very quiet, making it ideal for families or solo travelers who prefer a peaceful environment. The breakfast was decent, just enough to get you started before having a heavier meal later in the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
