+ The room, including the bathroom, was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, especially considering the price.
− One issue is that there is an approximately 3 cm gap beneath the door, which allows noise to pass through easily. As a result, sounds from inside the room can be heard outside, and vice versa. Please consider making an adjustment to reduce noise transmission and improve sound privacy.

Great location near the heart of Erbil
+ Great location, easy walk to the main square & bazaar. Room was very spacious with a comfortable double bed.
− The TV didn't work, but that's a very small gripe as I wasn't there to watch TV!

Fantastic Location
+ The location was excellent, you can walk to the Citadel in less than 20 minutes.
− The TV didn't seem to be connected properly in the room, but that's a very minor thing. I wasn't in Erbil to watch TV!

Good place to stay in Erbil
+ Nice hotel close to all the places in Erbil. I was upgraded for free to the suite, so my stay was even better. Room and amenities are good. Windows shall be cleaned though. Breakfast is good, with local food and the staff is very nice. I do recommend to stay there.
− It’s allowed to smoke everywhere, but it’s like everywhere in Iraq
