So nice I stayed twice! It was a great way to start and end my trip.

This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The pool is cool and refreshing, there is a delightful sauna and steam room. The spa had the best massages - ask for Inda. There is a piano in the lobby atrium that had really nice music.
The location is perfect, close enough to walk to all the sights, right across the street from a shady park with fountains and close to restaurants.
The hotel staff was kind and helpful - there was an issue with my room's fan and it was fixed right away. They also helped me find places to eat and a rooftop bar for sunset.

The food at the restaurant is expensive and not great, eat somewhere else. There is a good breakfast across the street, so don't worry about paying extra for it here. Some rooms are a long walk from the elevator.

Nice and comfortable, though charges on the higher side , but worth the comfort level and cleanlines

Excellent location, clean, spacious. I did not try the breakfast as i found it too expensive, lotgs of cafes and restaurants in walkable distance.

Only negative point was the water kettle was not working , it was not fixed after requesting and finally the housekeeping staff connected it to the power oultlet on the floor. It would not work with the power oulet at table level.

Great stay with some areas to improve

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dennis was particularly professional and efficient with anticipating demand and dealing with unexpected situations.

Rooms facing the main road were very noisy. The facilities function well but they are too out of date. For instance there’s no spare sockets for charging photos near the bed area and the toilet ventilation was not great.

A comfortable base from which to explore Almaty

The location is pretty good, you will need to arrive by taxi since Almaty is a city of wide boulevards and roaring traffic, but we got to things we wanted to see easily.Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean if a bit bland.Bathroom was fine.I had a lovely morning swim in the basement pool.

Rooms were pretty reasonably priced but breakfast was quite a chunky add-on. There are several excellent coffee shops close by at a quarter of the price.

This is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel, as I`ve enjoyed it a lot during my previous stays. I have to say, this time my room was much less enjoyable, with serious issues at the bathroom - pipe problems - the water had no pressure, the sink kept clogging, and overflowed. Other than that, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the quality of food, breakfast, pool/spa area - everything was amazing!

Excellent location and comfortable spa when staying for multiple days

Excellent location. Green bazaar is near by and arbat street was walkable distance. Comfortable spa, decent breakfast.
