On-site parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. The fitness center will be closed for one day on Thursday, July 23, 2026 for equipment relocation, water replacement and maintenance. Perfect hotel
+ I liked the room size, the view, the cleanliness, the staff (even though there was a bit of language barrier). Great for families, we had our 1 year old son and the big space was good for him to wander around. They helped us with the luggage every time.
− We really enjoyed everything, but maybe the location is a bit off, which could be a good thing considering Beijing traffic. The breakfast lacks some halal options.

Exceptional Care and Refined Luxury!
+ My stay at the Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing was defined by outstanding service and refined comfort. James Du and the reception team went completely above and beyond, showing incredible perseverance to help recover my lost iPad from a distant airport. The hotel seamlessly pairs high-tech convenience, like their fun robot delivery service, spacious swimming pool, it's prime location, 8-minute walk to the metro station and luxury boutiques. The team’s genuine dedication turned a stressful mishap into a flawless stay. Highly recommended.

− When showering, the bathroom would leak. Because the shower curtain was not enough, and the slope of the tub liner and the floor drain did not follow the necessaey 2 degree slope. this couse water to run all over. I asked for a view facing the exhibition hall or west view, but we got the hightway view or east view.

Enjoyed an amazing stay at the Grand Metropark Beijing Hotel!
+ Staying at the Grand Metropark Hotel was an absolute pleasure! The property is exquisite and the overall atmosphere delightfully charming. The staff were very warm and friendly and provided excellent service and assistance. Our suite was amazing to say the least! I loved the “city view” from the 20th floor. Everything was clean, pristine and comfortable. I also appreciated the living room area and overall spaciousness of the room. The hotel breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of local delicacies and Western-style options, including seasonal fruit and salads. I thoroughly enjoyed the mini Chinese burgers and the noodles! The dining hall staff were friendly and helpful and ensured that our special requests were met. A special shout out to Tian Tian Sun who greeted us in the morning and checked us in for breakfast!!!! Everything was fantastic!!!! The entire experience was worthwhile and I’d highly recommend visitors to stay here!
