My stay was very pleasant, and I felt welcome from the very beginning. Ms. Nilay was always kind and regularly asked how I was doing, which I really appreciated. The lovely gentleman at the reception was also very friendly and always greeted me with a beautiful smile. Everyone was warm, helpful, and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience! ❤️

The only downside was the location. There isn’t much to do around the area, and there are not many shops, restaurants, or activities nearby. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the friendly and caring staff.

Just normal, but not 5 star hotel

The stuff was very helpful and supportive in everything. They are so polite. I was staying there after my surgery and they helped me a lot. Thanks for them.

Definitely it’s not 5 star hotel , I would give it max 3-4 stars.
The breakfast so poor, there nothing to eat, only eggs and potatoes))) They are putting some dishes on the table , but in the end u can’t choose anything for proper breakfast. For the 5 star hotel the food must to be much better.
Location very far from everything.
Facilities are old and need to be renovated

The Nilay was awesome, he checked in daily , offering support and services. People were relaxed and friendly. The buffee was great, we enjoyed the food and drinks. Lots off options , something for everyone..

You are not able to bring food from outside into your room , unless its not offered on their menue. The rule appears to disregard , taste and price point. The rule should be for any food to be allowed or not allowed. Its a little subjective...The outlets and the bathroom door handles should be tightened, its loose.

The property is clean and the staff is so kind, especially Nilay from guest relation team, she was very supportive and kind.
Overall the hospitality of the hotel team were wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days. I really liked the staff, who were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was delicious, even though it was the exact same thing every day.

On the other hand, I didn't appreciate having to pay 300 lira for a mandatory swim cap to access the pool. Furthermore, no massage services for men were available during my stay.

The view from rooms especially the upper floors.
The Receptionist’s Hassan was a very kind person tried to help us with room issues
I think the hotel needs maintenance in some places

The location is not good enough because it’s next to the industrial area ( noisy )
