Outstanding clean
+ I just loved how clean it was. Everything shiny and smells clean all over. Staff amazingly kind and helpful.
− Its a bit old, they could refresh a bit the installations and there was no room service. So its important to consider if you are very hungry and don't want to go out

overall, a great experience for all involved
+ room was a little dated and was clean and tidy. great location which was close to public transport which we used daily. all meals met our needs and were great

Amazing way to spend resting after being out in your beautiful City. We came for the Water racing on
+ Very Welcoming the front desk staff exceptionally especially Sophie..Who was very helpful in all aspects of your Hotel and arranging activities we asked about. Your Gentlemen front porters were also very helpful n respectful.🌺🌺
− Your Bar Staff woman.. Asian 1... Always seemed too much not matter how nicely you asked her.. She was there in the afternoons. Maybe language differences..I would like to say..But I think not..Not friendly at all. We went into your lounge afew times...I'm sure you could do better. Lovely Indian server doing our drinks Thurs/ Fri..Sat.

− Rooms too small for 3 people to share. We had to live out of the suitcase for a week. No wardrobe to store clothes.
