+ Friendly staff, good breakfast, the night snack was lovely. The hotel was clean.

− The location is a bit tricky as the map on booking shows a completely different place. The hotel should provide better instructions. The room was a bit small.

Fantastic hotel, diligent and welcoming staff, great location.

+ The hotel is comfortable, well located, immaculate, all the things you hope for. I speak only English and the staff communicated thoughtfully and efficiently despite not being fluent in English. All the staff I dealt with were fantastic and friendly from all departments, always greeted with a smile. Special thanks to Ms Li at breakfast and the night porter who went out of his way to help me contact my insurance agent late at night. The property is excellent, the staff are outstanding!

Comfortable and convenient

+ Comfortable bed, clean property. Water always available. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast and cleaning staff wee very friendly.

− We really struggled to communicate although they do use translation apps. The girls at reception always seemed tired like they were doing us a favour but they did try. A little more instructions in English would be useful, like the TV or what was in the food items

A wonderful stay with exceptional staff.

+ This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, and this time I especially enjoyed my room with a lovely terrace. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception. During both of my stays he was exceptionally kind, professional and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude and willingness to help made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

− Nothing, really. My only suggestion would be to provide simple directions from the nearest metro station, including the recommended exit, for first-time guests.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, and a very pleasant stay.

+ I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the metro station. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated that the hotel stored my suitcase for a few days while I was traveling to other cities. It made my trip much more convenient. I would happily stay here again.

+ I like location, 3 minutes walk to subway station, there were free breakfast and dinner service, all clean, beautiful room and candy front of lift. There were many plugs enough for charging your mobile and power bank and gadgets.

− Hallway of Front Desk is a bit small.
