+ Breakfast was the best thing about this location, Location wise is good, Room we got 2 king size bed, but only 1 washroom, room was spacious and cleaned.
− Washroom door was transparent, AC blowed warm air at sometimes, Staff didnt really tell us water was free... So we bought water.

+ Loaction was excelent, 1 block from main street, walking distance to Forbbiden City. They have a very nice back yard to relax & seat. Excelent attention of all the members of the staff.

+ Friendly staff, especially fang fang. The cats were all adorable. We had a free upgrade so got a larger room which was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Good location. Vending machine for drinks etc. Coffee machine in the lobby so can enjoy a morning coffee/tea
− Different than expected when we first got there. It's not like the photos. It's down an alley and there are no photos of the outside. Breakfast could be improved.

Fang Fang is amazing organised our trips, and gave some additional things to do and see
+ The rooms nice and spacious, great location for sightseeing and the hotel helps organise many trips, Fang Fang spoke great English and was super helpful, she made our stay brilliant a real asset to the hotel
− You have to almost walk down a little street to get to it, but it’s all lit and very safe
