It was a good experience overall.
+ Location was great, it was in downtown. Almost everything was in walking distance. It was a good experience.
− They could provide anything at the restaurant as they said their food License was revoked. I couldn't get a glass for my drinks and no plates for my foods.

+ The room is quiet and dark, good for sleeping after a long flight. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and it is an easy enough walk from Bugis MRT and safe to do at night. The amenities provided are also helpful, toothbrush kit, ear plugs etc
− Although the room is good and dark for sleeping, I like having natural light and a window in my room. It would be better if there was a fridge available in the common area, rather than only behind the reception desk, meaning you have to ask the staff each time you want something out of it.

It's a good stay overall, but the motorcyclists racing in the back was a big issue
+ Luxury hotel grade mattress, pillows and duvet. The toilet is rather far but it's very clean. Even though there was a gathering in the common area, no sound came into the room. There's also a water dispenser for convenience.
− There's no ledge to place your stuff on as you climb up and down from the top bunk. Perhaps put in a curfew? Since people coming back at 3am woke the entire place up. Also, assist to call the police when the motorcyclists were racing in the back yard.
