Great facility with great service.

+ The hotel is brand new. Very well designed, comfortable and spaciour rooms. Great outdoor pool located in the rooftop, a rare case in Tashkent. A very delicious restaurant by Novikov in the 1st floor along with the lobby bar makes life much easier. Great place for business and leisure trips.

− An alternative restaurant or menu would be better. The room service and lobby restaurant also carry food from the main restaurant Maroon. Only the rooftop bar has a different menu, but with limited options. For the visitors staying longer terms alternative options are useful.

+ I had an early morning flight and checked into Doubletree in the afternoon. I was greeted by a warm cookie and refreshments on arrival. Special mention to Anastasiya for an attentive welcome - she even arranged for me to have a packed breakfast and coffee waiting for me at 5am the next day for check-out. Ordered a lovely Lebanese meal to my room and enjoyed the sauna and pool on the roof. Impeccable stay and friendly staff. Bonus is the contactless ATM outside the hotel. While I didn’t explore the city from the hotel so cannot opine on its location, this was a fantastic stay for relaxing in a hotel (which was what I was after).

Amazing! Would recommend

+ We loved everything about the stay. It was the perfect place to stay when we had just come off a long flight and wanted some rest. The rooftop pool, sauna, snow room, hammam rooms were incredible. The breakfast was the best out of all the places we stayed in Uzbekistan - I would highly recommend. The staff were present 24/7 and always very supportive and attentive. I would highly recommend this place.

− The only thing which was extremely minor is the shower would leak out which soaked the bath mat but it wasn’t really a massive issue overall. Nothing else - it was really perfect!

Exactly what we needed

+ We stayed here twice (first when we landed and second the night before we left). We booked it twice because we loved it so much! Again, I would highly recommend staying here. I ordered two spa treatments on my last day which was the perfect end to our stay and very reasonably priced compared to other countries and both were good. Lovely place and room to make yourself feel at home and prepare before your flight home.

− We arrived at 9am after a very long train ride but check in wasn’t until 3pm. We did ask if there was any movement in terms of check in time but the women on the desk said no, we would have to pay 50% of a nights stay. We were only staying until midnight so would only be using the room from 3pm - midnight anyway but because we were exhausted we paid extra to get in immediately. I understand check in was 3pm but it might have been nice if there was some flexibility or consideration to the fact we weren’t actually going to end up even staying overnight yet we ended up paying for 1.5 nights so it became very expensive for the amount of hours we were actually there. Overall, I guess we knew it was 3pm check in but just might have been a nice gesture if there was any movement with that.

− The location was a bit tricky- good for the airport, but exploring the city - a bit annoying..

+ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. The rooftop swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! A big thank you to the friendly and attentive hotel staff. Special thanks to Abdulaziz, the Duty Manager, for the warm welcome, and to Gozal from the Executive Lounge for her excellent and attentive service. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back to the hotel. Highly recommended!
