Overall, the stay was good, especially considering the hotel's location in a beautiful city like Ist

Enjoyed our stay and the pool
+ Loved the pool and view. Good location to explore Kadiköy and take the ferry. Got a free upgrade to Riverview room. Staff were friendly.
− Our aircon didn’t work properly, we couldn’t switch it up or down ourselves. Extra services such as in the massage salon or breakfast are pricey.

Enjoyed our stay.
+ The location, the staff, the breakfast offering. The incredible hard working breakfast staff Excellent service very professional.
− Signs of aging, mismatched unattractive seating area at reception. The pool area was Very disappointing, need a complete refurbishment. Old sun loungers broken tables, staff totally Uninterested, tables needed cleaned, towels laying around the pool. Rubbish lying around. Pool attendants on their phones.

− Breakfast was underwhelming. Also the restaurant was closed on all 3 days we were there (it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, as i was on crutches so this was very disappointing)
