Overall, it was an average experience.
+ What I liked about the accommodation is that the hotel is located in the center of Istanbul.
− What I did not like about the hotel is that the room we were given was very small. I requested a double bed, but instead, they provided two separate beds placed next to each other. I had no problem with that arrangement, but the beds were uncomfortable and very old. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with the room.

Pleasant
+ The breakfast was delicious, that staff were very friendly and one room was upgraded to a suite without us asking. The sheets/towels, carpet, curtains,... were properly clean.
− The breakfast area needed renovation. The hotel itself was nice, but it could have improvement to be a real 5 star hotel. The toothbrush I tried to use gave me the impression of it was repacked again.

+ Approximately was everything good
− Most of the staff were kind, except for two employees who were extremely aggressive and disrespectful. As a guest, I found their behavior completely unacceptable. When I simply asked why a $200 deposit was required—because this was the first time a hotel in Istanbul had ever asked me for such a deposit—they responded rudely: “Either you pay the deposit, or we will cancel your reservation.” One of them even laughed at me just for asking a reasonable question. I understand that hotels may have deposit policies, but guests deserve a polite explanation and respectful treatment. The way these two employees handled the situation was not professional or pleasant at all.

Excellent
+ The room was very spacious, had a great ambience, strong Wi-Fi, and came with excellent amenities. Housekeeping was always on time and did a thorough job. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of both hot and cold options. The gym was massive and well-kept, and the sauna and bath areas were great.
− None of the breakfast items were labeled, so it was hard to tell what was being served, and the sausages unfortunately gave me an upset stomach. The steam room was also very underwhelming, as there was barely any steam coming out.
