+ The room itself was nice. It had restaurants close by. The subway was a 1km walk. The staff didn't speak English but tried to help us through WeChat or a translator.

− The address to organise a Didi or taxi was horrendous. Nobody could find it. I arrived before my sister and luckily took photos of the intersection and restaurants next door which her driver recognised.

Very good experience

+ Very helpful staff, we had a problem with the room and they helped us change to a different one.

+ The room was nice and it was clean. The bed was comfortable too and.. ..it was not hard to find the hotel :)

− Sometimes the staff at reception didn't understand what we were trying to communicate to them; even with translation apps. Not very friendly compared to other hotels we stayed in - while traveling through China - and also not helpful in that regard, but it was probably just because they didn't understand that it would be better for us if they tried to help us more because we are new to China - rather they let us try to figure out everything ourselves.. which we did.

+ Cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. Metro is nearby.

− The hallway carpets smelled of mildew or mold. The floor of my room was destroyed by water damage, and hazardous. I tripped and fell due to the broken floor in my room. Customer service did not help with my complaint.

Great Accommodation I recommend

+ Great location, Everything you needed in the immediate area, Supermarkets, Restaurants etc. Staff where great. Very helpful, Subway to the centre was a 5 minute walk away. And it was very quiet and comfortable. Room was great for the cost. And You get water and clean towels every day which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff. Really appreciate everything.

− No elevator, room far away from entrance, hard matress, very noisy at night, staff does not speak any single word of english, tiny shower, no chanels on tv

+ 1. The staff were nice and helpful all the time. They gave us any help we asked, and many times they ordered taxis for us because we didn't have the application in our phones. 2. In the last day we asked for extended check-out time because our flight was late in the evening. One of the staff (Huo Yuchen) was very kind and agreed to extend our stay until 2.30 pm

− 1. The most annoying thing was lack of elevator. Me and my wife are in the sixties and found much difficulty in going up and down the stairs to our room in the upper floor. Though one of the reception staff was very helpful and carried our luggage up upon arrival. 2. The mattress was very stiff and caused me backpain at the first night. Again the staff were helpful and upon complaining I received 2 extra thick blankets which I but over the mattress and improved sleep a little bit during the following two nights. 3. The location is a little bit far from metro station (almost 2 km)

Its budget friendly, the male front desk staff is nice, he tried his best despite the language barrier. I wish I didnt h

− I think the hotel should update the nearest metro station as location. The on the page put me to a station that made me walk 25mins to reach the hotel. Theres a different station they suggested via chat: 15-19mins walk. Also the address is confusing. I went inside a neighborhood as it is located on google maps.
