Beijing Experience
+ Staff are amazing, always willing to help. Hotel was in a great location, close to some great restaurants and quick access to the tube station. They have a nice rooftop bar, and you can also order a Hotpot. Which I would highly recommend. This is a great choice when visiting Beijing!
− Not much choice for Western breakfasts. The only option is Starbucks beside the hotel.

Very welcoming.
+ The staff were very very helpful and friendly. Sherry and Lynn were exceptionally helpful with everything. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. We also loved the rooftop bar and dining area which was very pleasant overlooking the hutong and surrounds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Aaliyah. Thank you.
− There was a strong smell coming from the shower and bathroom drains. This appears to be an ongoing issue for the hotel that it really needs to address. I feel sorry for the staff who need to deal with this. The naming confusion of the hotel is also something that should be addressed as it caused issues with finding the hotel on Apple Maps. Overall, the hotel was great. We loved the staff.

Amazing staff, great location, nice room and facilities.
+ Great location, amazing staff. Complimentary laundry service was a great bonus. The hotel is quiet despite being very close to a number of shops and food stalls. Great atmosphere.

Great hotel
+ Very clean, tastefully decorated, lovely roof terrace, central location, amazing staff
− The street the hotel is on is extremely busy and noisy (maybe because it was a big Chinese holiday) you couldn’t walk at a a normal pace. But once inside the hotel you don’t hear any noise
