Good room, great staff, great location
+ Shout-out to the staff especially - Hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, able to converse easily in both English and Mandarin - There was practically always a staff at the counter, so easily contactable for assistance - Provided complimentary laundry services, which were very much appreciated - Our room had 3 separate beds, which is ideal for our group of 3 friends - Although our room was on the first floor, generally no loud noises that bothered us at night - Location is relatively near the major Beijing attractions, which helps travel time
− Minor comments - Bathroom is rather basic, small and the ceiling is low, so taller folks may have to watch their head - When using adaptor with the wall sockets, it loses connection and stops charging if there is slight movement of the charger and adaptor, though I am not sure if this is due to the wall socket itself or due to my adaptor

Absolutely amazing staff!
+ What really stands out about this property is the dedication of the staff. They make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive right up to the moment you leave. It feels like home. They really go above and beyond and will assist you with anything you need. Location is also great, lots of cafes shops and restaurants nearby and very close to a couple of metro stations. Would highly recommend this as a base for exploring Beijing.
− The only thing we disliked was how small the bathroom was, but it was manageable.

Well located hotel with exceptional service
+ Exceptional service that felt like a 5 star hotel. Eva, who helped us to check was extremely helpful, friendly and service oriented. She spoke very good English and helped us with all our questions about the city. Best service we experienced in any hotel in China. Her colleague Mumu was also very nice. Great location and good value for money.
− It would be great to have a shelf in the shower area to put your soap and shampoo. A mirror in the room would also be great.

Central location with superb reception desk team
+ Reception staff is exceptionally welcoming, hospitable, knowledgeable and helpful altogether. Location is superb next to a shopping mall, three metro lines and in walking distance of Jingshei Park overlooking Forbidden City complex.

The best stay in Beijing
+ The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always guiding us whenever we weren't sure how things worked in China and going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We loved the complimentary coffee, free laundry facilities, and the constant availability of hot and cold water. The location is fantastic—everything is within easy reach, with a large shopping mall right next door offering delicious local food, as well as a 24/7 convenience store. We couldn't have picked a better hotel for our stay in Beijing!

The friendliest staff i've ever met
+ From the moment I've booked my stay, I've felt very well taken care of. From questions about how to reach the hotel, to then questions about the neighborhood, the staff would explain everything in detail and make sure I've got the best experience. And I was there only for one night and barely a morning! Location-wise the hotel is a walk away from the Forbidden City North gate, and I'm pretty sure you can reach many places by foot if you like walks and don't want to use the metro (there are three stations very close-by if you do). The room was quite nice, especially for the price, clean and neat, and the AC was a god-send as it was humid and very hot outside when i was there. The only maybe awkward thing was the shower not having a curtain to separate it from the toilet area, but I managed well enough and don't really count it as a negative. For one-night stay it was the perfect choice, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again if (or when) I come back to Beijing, even for a longer trip. Thank you again to the staff for making me feel so welcome!
