+ It was very clean ,rooms are big and quiet. The Staff was helpful a specially the concierge from Spain.

+ Great location, close to attractions and transport, shopping etc. Daily breakfast was nice - only suggestion is if option for halal / muslim food can be added in future.

All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

+ Very clean space, impressive lobby, very big room and bathroom, having all the facilities you can think of.

− The hotel is located a bit far from turistic objectives. Also, wifi is very slow or doesn’t work at all.

+ My stay at this hotel was great. From the time I arrived at the hotel to my check out I felt like I was treated with respect and professionalism. This hotel is in a quiet area and in my opinion it's a good location. While it is not close to the main attractions such as the Forbidden City, it is close enough to the Subway or if you like there is plenty of alternative transportation. The hotel is close to a park and walking trails. There's a gym, swimming pool in the hotel plus a hot and cold jacuzzi plus a dry and wet sauna. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There was even a humidifier in the room. Everything showed that thoughtfulness was put in these rooms to make the guests comfortable and enjoy their stay.

+ The hotel was wonderful! I absolutely loved the interactions with the staff. They responded promptly to every request, always with a smile, at any time of day or night. They were incredibly attentive and caring. I also loved my room. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and bright, with a stunning view of the city. I was delighted with every single day of my stay. After a long day of exploring the city, I genuinely looked forward to returning to my room, where I could relax in comfort and feel as though I were at home. Regarding the location, I knew when choosing the hotel that it was not in the city center and that distances in the city could be quite long, so I was prepared in advance to spend some time traveling. My taxi rides usually took around 20–40 minutes, but this was never an inconvenience. On the contrary, I really appreciated staying in a quiet and peaceful area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the things I look for when choosing a hotel for my travels is a room with a proper bathtub where I can unwind and relax. Unfortunately, bathtubs are often quite small, even for someone like me who isn’t particularly tall. But the bathtub in this room was absolutely perfect! I enjoyed it so much, and it made my stay even more special. Cleanliness is also extremely important to me when staying at a hotel, and I was very pleased with this aspect as well. Every time I returned to my room, I could see that the housekeeping fairy had worked her magic! Everything was thoroughly cleaned, perfectly tidy, and taken care of with great attention to detail. Thank you so much for making my stay so special! I truly enjoyed every moment and would be delighted to stay here again.

A surprisingly good value stay between the airport and the city.

+ The room was very spacious, well equipped, and pleasantly decorated. The bathroom had a bath and a shower, and a glass wall, which was very pleasant. The room was quiet and had a wonderful view to the East for sunrise.

− Breakfast was too expensive (I booked it on the day itself), and not great. The location of the hotel is not convenient for people who like to walk, you need to take a taxi, even though there is a metro stop, it is rather far.

Overall very nice experience. Little extra Smile in the breakfast room.

+ The room we stayed was pretty good but the carpet had lots of stains. After mentioning the cleaning crew it was not fixed so i was very disappointed. Hope the Hotel will take care of it.

− Cleanliness was excellent but in the breakfast room people need to be more courteous and helpful with the language and with a big smile which will make everyone's morning more sunny. Provide more translators.

5 Night in August 2026

+ There were so many amenities provided at the hotel: ear plugs, sleep eye mask, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, mouth wash, shower hat, bath salt, sanitising hand wipes, single use plastic toilet sear cover, free spring water 3 bottles a day. They gave me a souvenir fridge magnet with Beijing tourist attraction at the time of arrival and also at departure. There is a Meituan delivery cabinet downstairs that I could order delivery. The room I got was upgraded and it was very modern and spacious. Kind of like Pepper in Gold Coast and it had a view of the residential areas. Breakfast options were quite amazing. Loved the food there, it had Chinese and Western options.

− On the day of arrival at the hotel, there was some organ transplant conference registration there in the lobby (it went on for a few days) ... which freaked me out a bit.... (after hearing about how China took people's organs without their consent on YouTube), I felt extremely terrifies., if not because I couldn't refund my hotel payment, I would have left. The gym area of the hotel was very hot and humid given it is a glass roof, and it felt like the air conditioning was either not on or not strong enough there The hotel room had gentle cigarette smell, which quite annoyed me as I am sensitive to it. I had to stay there for 5 nights, and you do get used to it but it didn't really get better. The hotel room is right next to a fast train line; I hear the noise from 6am to sometimes late in the night. Initially I thought it is the planes flying over the hotel as it is not too far from the airport. Then I realised that it is the train line! No wonder you get ear plugs... it all made sense. Kettle was too big to catch water from the tap
