Great hotel in great location
+ The staff was super friendly and tried to speak english as much as possible. It’s a great location very centric. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the breakfast menu.
− Some parts of the hotel while everything was worked looked a bit dated. It needs a bit of a refresher.

+ We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as we had requested, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we needed to start the day. The location was also perfect and made exploring the city very easy and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Excellent stay
+ The location is amazing as it’s connected to a mall and it’s close to different restaurants, cafes and many other shopping malls. I would like to thank Kay who works at the breakfast buffet. As a Muslim who eats certain kind of foods, Kay went above and beyond to make sure that the chef prepared breakfast that my family and I could eat. I truly appreciate this gesture. Also, the check out is at 2:00 which is a plus. الفندق نظیف و مریح و موقعه ممتاز حیث انه ملاصق الى مجمع تسوق و بجانبه مطاعم و مقاهی مختلفه. الموظفین لطیفین وقد طلبت من احد الموظفین الذین یعملون فی مطعم الافطار و اسمه کای اذا کان من الممکن من الشیف ان ینظف المقلاه و ادوات الطبخ لیصنع لی و لعایلتی الافطار حیث اننی مسلمه و ینبغی ان یکون الاکل حلال و الادوات نظیفه و قد ساعدنی بکل رحابه صدر. وقت الخروج کان الساعه الثانیه وهو شیء ممتاز.

Amazing stay being our first time in China.
+ The Hotel was in a great location. Next to a huge mall. The rooms were regularly cleaned and staff were amazing and very helpful.
− Language was a problem as many did not understand English. But they were always ready to help by using translators on their phone.

+ The property was clean and well maintained and very central to the shopping malls and other facilities.The staff were very helpful when we arrived we got Kyrie Liu who checked us in and there was some problem when we booked on the website but solved it and upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost which was very good of him .Then on the next morning Musa Yang helped us a lot to set up Alipay so we could do our payments in China and catch Didi.we really appreciate their help and would go back to this hotel again.
− The lighting in the Bathroom near the mirrors are a bit poor which makes it hard to shave or do makeup.
