Comfort and luxury in central KL
+ Stayed 4 nights as a family of 5, hotel helped us getting rooms close to each other. The location is brilliant, 10-15 minutes walk to the Petronas towers. Atmosphere was modern, bright and sophisticated. Rooms were spacious, very efficient air con, lovely big bathrooms. Excellent value for money I must say! We also loved the breakfast which was malay/western mixed with a fresh egg and noodle soup station. Very impressed with this hotel, I would not hesitate coming back.
− Very little, only the over-spill breakfast dining hall at the back of the hotel is a little dark and depressing...we sat in the front lobby hall after the first breakfast.

Excellent - would LOVE to stay here again!
+ Room was just perfect - huge room with two double beds, big windows with view on pool and KLCC and great bathroom. I’d read reviews that rooms were slightly dated so I was a little worried but I really shouldn’t have. We had a premier room which gave us access to breakfast at spice restaurant which again was just perfect - great selection, super attentive staff, slightly colonial style building with an outdoor and inside space. Staff from reception to housekeeping and F&B were super kind and helpful. Oh and their room service menu was really extensive and very food quality. And only a 10min walk to KLCC park and mall, the towers and bukit bintang. Just the most fantastic stay.

Comfortable, convenient and pleasant stay in the Concorde hotel
+ room was clean and tidy with all amenities available and replenished each day, there was plenty of options for breakfast as well as friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool was open from 7-7pm each day and a lifeguard on duty a bar at the pool would have been nice.
− The beds in the rooms were extremely hard which led to us having to upgrade our room as our sleep the first night was terrible, we also had an issue with the continental breakfast being cold each morning despite our feedback to the staff, they could definitely do with improving that, the dinner however that was served at night was delicious and couldn't be faulted the dinner service however was also not buffet style. There were a few areas that were reserved for premier guests only which meant some facilities were not accessible to all guests.
