Very nice people respectful I enjoyed it lovely place to visit

+ Breakfast was decent food was good room was good location was good

− They have a disc attack that doesn't stop until about 11 PM a little bit annoying

+ Location is really good. Centrally located and easily to move anywhere in city. Lot of space around properly for evening walk. In-house restaurant.

− First time witnessed when quality of staff (reception, house keeping) lower than quality of hotel. They really need to be trained. Person at basement for Sauna and pool was extremely aggressive and took up a conflict with me which I tried to avoid by all means over the massage which actually they don't have in-house. Lift are very weird. Should be better arranged.

+ Modern, clean hotel in the heart of Tashkent. Good amenities.

− The fitness center was advertised as 24h on the website, however, I was kicked out by 20:50 as they were allegedly only operating until 21:00.

− The room door was broken and the shower wasn't working properly.

− Lift very slowly and have to wait long. Breakfast so busy you cant find the place where to seat . All tables are occupied.

Just ok - overpriced for the standard we received.

+ The room was excellent, especially the comfortable bed and excellent shower. The location is outstanding and the lobby bar and staff there were very nice. The pool area was pleasant.

− The restaurant is too small for the number of guests - we witnessed guests queuing for a seat - very chaotically managed. Food was average but replenished poorly. One slow coffee machine is not enough. Despite arriving at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready and we were only given alternatives when we demanded.

+ Hotel is well located in the city center, clean and comfortable.

− There are only two lifts, and the waiting time during rush hours is extremely long. I attempted to use the staircase, but it appears that the emergency exit door on the ground floor is locked. This is unacceptable from a safety perspective. I raised this issue at reception, but no action has been taken. I strongly recommend that hotel management ensure all emergency exits remain open and accessible at all times.

+ The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of various foods. We didn't use the spa center, so can't really provide feedback. Definitely a value for money.
