Overall I was happy with this hotel.
+ Clean , pleasant staff
− They assumed when you book a king suite. Party includes parents and kids. We lacked bath towels only hand towels were available. No signals for tv channels.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service from Vian
+ I had a wonderful stay at BlueMoon Hotel Erbil. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the excellent service from Vian Qasim at reception. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and helpful service made my experience even better. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

− the breakfast wasn’t fresh ,looks’s like prepared the night before. the park allways crouded because it was small space.

I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. It was a wonderful hotel.
+ The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good.
− Soundproofing is needed. There are few elevators, and they are overcrowded. One elevator is out of service, resulting in long waiting times for both going up and down.

Hotel wonderful and stuff very goid
+ It was very good Location very good The restaurant and breakfast very good Stuff very good specially Vian and Maryam they are kind and helpful.
− Actually small problems they need to follow every day , Maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is inadequate for the hotel's aesthetics and cleanliness; management must address daily malfunctions.
