Great location, modern and clean hotel.

+ The location is excellent you step outside and you're immediately in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with plenty of restaurants, shops and nightlife nearby. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and very clean. The staff were also extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options.

− The Wi-Fi in the room was not very stable. The download/ upload speed was around 9 Mbps, and I was unable to have a reliable videocal using the hotel Wi-Fi, so I had to use my phone's hotspot instead. Also, I'm 1.85m tall and found the bed a little too short, with my feet sticking out.

موقعیت مکانی عالی

+ Location!!!! All the markets, food, restaurants, pharmacy, events were all just outside the hotel! Walking distance to everything and everywhere! The rooftop was great, we saw fireworks from there without having to move from our l table, the staff at the restaurant and rooftop specially were great, check-in and out was easy. It's a budget hotel which was value for money. I was worried about the noise but we slept well and the double glass seemed to work, but at the same time, we were going to bed late. I would recommend for anyone exploring bukit bintang, and going to bed at the same time as the city which is after midnight to 2am.

− The bathroom glass door was not closing properly and the smell of urine in the toilet was quite strong and perhaps needs more thorough cleaning and odour control. The set up with the sink outside the bathroom was annoying,as it causes disturbance to the other person in the room when they are sleeping each time you want to wash your hands or brush your teeth.

− The toilet in the room does not have a bidet spray now. Also the rooms without window has a mouldy smell and may have mould in room ceiling

Very Good

+ The room was clean, staff friendly. Good location if you enjoy a vibrant night life. To say it's a busy area, it didn't sound like it was in the room, still nice and quiet.

− The check-in process was incredibly long. I could see complications with the door locking system if your phone runs out of battery.

Great experience and great stay despite the room is small but nevertheless it was cosy and lovely

+ I would highly recommend this hotel to all. Most importantly the staffs working there was very helpful and always dedicated .From security Gueard to the reception . Everyone was polite and very good. I must mentioned Kushal ( Security guard) and also Xian Wei the bell boy . Even the housekeeping lady was kind and very engaging . The room is cosy and peaceful and simply nice . I love it . This hotel is located in the center of all facilities shoppings malls, entertaiment spots, massage place and many others . I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and every day was stunning and lovely . I would say everything was good and my stay at this hotel was awesome . Highly recommend it
