− At the time of checking in, the staff was quite rigid and unaccommodating. For vegetarian there are not many options, we had to eat only bread on all days.

Great location and amazing breakfast!
+ The locarion, close to the mall and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from.
− Some of the staff are not helpful. No bellman on duty at night to help with my luggage.

+ I think the overall location of this facility is very nice. Also I had my room on the seventh floor where the view every morning was breathtaking seeing the snow capped mountains the beautiful mosque and the famous tv tower of Almaty
− I think overall it was over heated making it sometimes hard to manage room temperature. I had to keep my windows open in my entire stay to avoid having my room overheated. Secondly I think some staff are really good with their hospitality. Others being extremely serious and having blank responses sometimes felt unwelcoming. But all and all it was manageable

+ Buffet breakfast included was great & good value for money. Helped ease travel stress looking for suitable breakfast spots. Location was good & mountain view was beautiful.
− The 2Gis drop off/pick up location for the hotel is inaccurate. Yandex Go cab often ended up in the back & there's no through road to the front.

− We lived at last floor,that’s why it was very hot. After this we had called to reception, but nobody couldn’t help us. Moreover, we couldn’t open the window.
