+ its clean, the show is nice, they serve coffee and tea included, its well located, the only thing is that since the streets around are narrow the drivers usually need extra info, but you can call them and they help you. they also sell some art and have painting clases so make sure to ask around :)

Great futong experience
+ A very charming and pleasant hotel, modern yet with a strong traditional feel, set in a traditional Chinese neighbourhood, a hutong. A tasty Chinese breakfast, and excellent tea and coffee facilities near reception. Excellent location, good Didi connections.
− The room could be cleaned with a little more care.

Perfect stay
+ The staff was the best part of the experience. I forgot my bag in the Didi and Amy and Jocelyn made sure that I got it back. Without their assistance and kindness, our trip would have been very different. Elsa, Nancy and the others (hard to mention everyone) also made sure we always had what we needed. The breakfast was super tasty. We didn't plan to order it yet we ended up ordering almost everyday. In terms of location, it is also very convenient. It's next to Shichahai, and the walk to the nearest subway stations is very pleasant. Overall, I would totally recommend it. You get to experience a bit of Chinese traditional culture with their puppet shadow show and to be around a hutong area. We stayed for 15 days and yet we look forward to staying here again.

Friendly staffs. Attractions and convenient shops are nearby.
+ The hotel combines local culture, spirit, and craftsmanship. Staying in an old alle with a beatiful riverside walk, full of puds and restaurants. (5 stars) Special thanks to the staff, Yan (欣欣), Amy (妹妹), Joli and Tom. Their friendly smiles made me feel warm welcoed. The shadow puppet show by Master Mao (毛师傅) was interesting, and he had a very beautiful voice while singing.

+ The hotel was really well located, with lots to do within walking distance. Good public transport links and entertainment offered three times a week within the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and offer complementary tea, coffee and some snacks.
− The location has narrow streets which can be a little tight for taxis (however they still service the area).

Clean but no very comfortable bed
+ The location and the staff are excellent. Really enjoy the art performance show.
− The bed is too hard and no side walk way. Need to climb in and out of the bed all the time. The extractor fan in the bathroom is very noisy.

An amazing first experience in Beijing!
+ Very beautiful and clean hotel in the middle of the hutongs. The staff was very helpful solving our problems after having a delay with Etihad. A real recommendation !!

Lovely place
+ The hotel is clean and amazing. They have shows a few times per week and if you have a room around the main courtyard, you can watch the shows from your room. The staff is very polite and always there to help you/.

+ Top breakfast! The hotel was amazing, the room clean and wonderful! The subway is not exactly close to the hotel, but the location is quite satisfactory, walking distance to the nice district of Shichahai and 12-15 minutes for the subway. Very kind staff, they helped us with everything. Yan was great, she deserve 10 stars!
