Great value for the price.
+ Good location for our needs. Near to Paya Lebar MRT station for publib transport and the Paya Lebar Square Shopping Centre for some shopping and food. The room is adequate considering the price we paid.
− Room is a little cramped specially for your luggage. Better prevention from splashing outside of the shower recess.

+ Good location. Bedroom was comfortable.
− Bedroom and bathroom where a bit on the small side. One or two staff members were not really friendly or just very focused on their tasks. A bit pricy for the value.
