+ The check-in s very smooth . The Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and better to eat early. The room for breakfast is small so during the rush hour, have to wait for the table. The check out was smoothy . The staff Alikhan , helped me to store the luggages and satisfied with his help.
− The room is a little small but I was ok with it .

+ Hotel is centrally located and staff were extremely helpful, special thanks to Sabira and Alikhan at the Reception for helping us throughout our stay and making it pleasurable.
− For Vegetarians the breakfast spread had limited items

+ Overall stay is okay. Jahangir, from reception was very helpful and friendly. He conversed well in English. The beds were comfortable. The showers if you leave them on long enough, eventually geta warm. The rooms have thin walls, so you can easily hear others. The breakfast is okay. They offer frew water refill.
− No lift - even just to bring the luggages in upper floors

A lovely place for a short stay
+ Location was great. We were within walking distance to cafes, park, even a currency exchange and a pharmacy. The area has greenery which is great. 24/7 reception is appreciated too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities and room were clean.
− The position of the toilet fixture was too close to the enclosed shower, which meant it was difficult to use. This was the only major downside.

An unexpected nice hotel
+ The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke good English. The room was nice and the breakfast was good and tthere was a good choice of foof
− There was not much in the imediate surounding of the hotel. Unfortunately I arrived late afternoon and did not have time or the energie to investigate. Traffic james in Kazakjstan are a problem

Excellent location for a city break in Almaty. Lovely staff and very spacious rooms.
