Overall it is acceptable for a short stay.

+ The staff were very nice people and helpful, the breakfast was acceptable not in a restaurant but they bring to your room.

− Parking spot is really limited, it is not guaranteed. The neighbourhood is really busy with a lot of noise at night but it is really close to city centre actually in the city centre. The rooms have no Airco which was really needed during our stay. Some facilities were broken but the staff helped us get the good one or at least get the job done.

+ We stayed at this hotel in Van as a family group of 10 people. Overall, we had a good experience, especially because of the location. The hotel is in a very convenient area with easy access to shops, restaurants, transportation, and almost everything we needed. The staff were very nice, friendly, and kind.

− one important thing to know is that you often need to ask for things yourself. For example, although there is a sink in the room/apartment, there is no oven and basically no kitchen equipment such as plates, spoons, forks, etc. The same applies to toilet paper; it was not automatically replaced, and we had to ask for it when we needed more. We also had an unpleasant experience with the washing machine in our room. Apparently, the machine was defective, but nobody informed us about it. We tried to wash our clothes, and they got stuck inside the machine, which was quite annoying and inconvenient. It would have been much better if the staff had informed us beforehand that the washing machine was not working. Another issue was the temperature in the rooms. The rooms were extremely hot, especially during our stay, and there was no proper air conditioning. We were given a small/weak fan, but unfortunately it was not enough to make the room comfortable. Despite these issues, the staff were always polite and helpful when we asked them for something, and the location was excellent. With better communication, better room cooling, and more basic equipment provided in the rooms, the experience could be much better.

+ When I was accommodated there, the weather was so hot. But inside, there was no cooling system. So it was not comfortable because of this.

+ Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied. They were also super helpful with arranging my transfer to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel!
