+ Великолепное расположение с видом на остров Ахтамар. В ресторане очень вкусно готовят, Вид неописуемо прекрасен. Номера чистые и удобные. Удобная парковка. Приотельная территория тоже порадовала: дастарханы, инстаграммные скамейки и качели. Персонал очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Единственное предложение к отелю, собрать остатки строительного мусора из под окон номеров выходящих на горы.

Une belle architecture, très agréable à vivre.

+ Un hôtel vraiment agréable et beau qui a une âme, un charme, une histoire. C'est une qualité architecturale, une qualité spatiale que l'on ne rencontre pas si fréquemment, très agréable à vivre. C'est le contraire d'un hôtel banal, seulement fonctionnel. Il est bien rénové, on garde un sentiment de qualité contrairement à ce que j'avais lu dans un commentaire et qui en donnait une très mauvaise image. La terrasse où on déjeune est magnifique, pas seulement pour la vision sur le lac de Van. Le personnel et le service font aussi partie des qualités de cet hôtel. Il y a bien un restaurant.

− Il y a des défauts qui restent acceptables, les chambres standard donnant sur la montagne sont un peu chaudes en ce début août. Si on pouvait ouvrir la fenêtre en grand, la fraîcheur nocturne pénètrerait mieux. Un ventilateur suffirait, pas vraiment besoin de clim. Il y a une odeur parfois désagréable dans les toilettes.

+ Wspaniała restauracja hotelowa, przepyszne dania. Hotel świetnie położony. Bardzo uczynna i uprzejma obsługa.

A great place to relax if you’ve been travelling for awhile. I enjoyed walking along the lakeshore with the snow capped

+ Conveniently located within walking distance (approx 500 m) from boat pier to Akdamar Island. Room was clean, shower spacious and enclosed (no water all over the floor like in some hotels in Türkiye). Restaurant was fairly priced and decent considering there is no other option nearby. Good variety at breakfast - a bit of fresh fruit was welcome.

− Relatively easy to get to without a car (coach buses will drop you off if you ask in advance). Getting away was a bit more challenging but not impossible.

+ Die Lage, die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber, die Sauberkeit, das Preis Leistung Verhältnis, die Zimmerausstattung, die Aussicht. Gerne wieder.

Bad

+ L'emplacement est idéal pour aller sur l'île, et les places de parking en suffisance juste devant l'hôtel.

− La chaleur insupportable des chambres (même pas de ventilateur). L'odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bains, et de moisi/renfermeléi dans le frigo (inutilisable donc). L'hôtel a été rafistolé, rien n'est fini, tout fait sale et désorganisé. Restaurant catastrophique, allez manger ailleurs, ils n'ont rien de ce qui figure sur leur carte. Les plats n'ont d'ailleurs rien à voir avec les photos. J'ai même retrouvé un cheveux dans la salade. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mieux, rien n'est frais, même les œufs brouillés. Nous étions sensés pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dès 8h, ce n'était toujours pas complet à 8h15. Et très cher pour la qualité, à fuir.

I lost money for nothing and no support was extended by booking.com. i hope my comments will be read

+ The hotel is basically a misleading place as it's name is saying Van Orient but it's 30KM outside van. Staff cannot speak english. i booked two rooms but was given only one room. i booked for 3 nights but then i left after staying there for one night. hotel is poor in every aspects. I lost my money for nothing...... there were other groups of people there who were also complaining about the name and the location of the hotel. it's the worst selection i have ever done with Booking.com

− Not only us as family but other tenants who were my fellows were complaining about the hotel and its location, poor quality of services, arrogated staff, etc.. nothing was pleasant in that hotel.. and most importantly, the price that Booking.com charged me for, was higher than the hotel rate on it's board. it's a big pity which made me think twice about booking.com services
