Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und perfekter Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer Familie in diesem Hotel gewohnt. Das Hotel war wirklich super. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wir konnten die Einkaufszentren und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Sinan und Herrn Milad. Sie haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Room was great. All amenities required. Bathroom was good.

Personnes à l'accueil très agréables, une place de parking m'avait bien été réservée.

In general, despite all the tiny issues We had a nice stay and I can recommend it to other visitors.

Cosy location, nice and friendly staff, very reliable and good Wifi service in our room, nice breakfast, clean rooms equipped with air-condition and mini-bar.

After booking, I contacted them asking for the airport shuttle service and they asked for the flight number, arrival time and mentioned the price. Upon arrival, nobody showed up at the airport and we managed it ourselves. TV in the room was not working and the staff didn't manage to make it work. There was a guy shouting loud on the street on Monday 11/05 morning which made us awake, but apart from that it was peaceful and quite.

Everything was excellent! The staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, there is a good coffee shop downstairs with lovely staff, a barber shop across the street where the boys got a great shave, the carpark on the corner guys really looked after us and did an immaculate clean on the car, several excellent food and sweets options nearby - the whole neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming which made us feel really comfortable. We really enjoyed our 3 nights in Van because of this little slice of the community. The hotel is very well maintained, everything works well, the room was clean and spacious, with lots of natural light and a view over the neighbourhood. I would love to come back to this city, and I will definitely stay here at Pars Palas again.

A great value for money hotel that ticks all the boxes

This is definitely a great value for money hotel in a location close to transport, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. The deluxe double room is very large and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the bathroom worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious especially the char grilled vegetables.
