+ Location was good. Courteous staff.

− Firstly, breakfast was not worth being part of my booking. It's very basic and 200metres away from.the hotel. Had to be rained on twice to get to eat breakfast. Secondly, i couldn't get my receipt despite asking way in advance (before travel). I could have claimed my GST at Changi airport. I therefore lost money i could have been reimbursed.

+ The location is in the heart of the city. Most of the well-known locations are easily accessible.

− It was very humid weather.

Meh

+ The location is great but right beside the road. So you’ll get to guess what car passed by the building.

− Iron and ironing board are provided, but the plug is a China plug even though the room uses standard SG outlets. It’s inconvenient that no compatible plug is provided. When I asked for an adapter, I was told it costs $10, which feels like scheme to earn a quick buck. Getting grab/private taxi is hard as they don’t have a designated pick up points. But you’re right in front of the bus stop so I guess that makes up for it.

+ Being at central place easy to visit other places

− There's no food shop near by

− The noise and housekeeping is not that good, should clean the room and replace bed sheets when room makeup is requested.

A good price for a reason.

+ Great location. Beds were comfy, fresh towels and water every day.

− The room walls and bathroom tiles were dirty. Years of rubs and spills on the walls that needed a wipe down. Mold in the bathroom beyond the height if their staff. It needed a deep clean. Our room was noisy, being able to hear everyone who used the lift. This might not be all rooms, but it was ours.

Location is good. Cleanliness is accetable. But I don’t think the hotel should provide guest a room with broken faciliti

+ The location is great. Within 10min walk to an MRT station, close to shopping complexes, arab street.

− The toilet flush buttons were close to broken, I almost hurt my fingers everytime trying to push the button. The glass for toothbrush was stained with sth. The other guests were very noisy even at late night time, but I think it’s something we can’t control.
