I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never return.
− The front desk staff were quite unfriendly and unprofessional. There was little to no basic courtesy or greeting, and their tone when speaking to guests came across as arrogant and disrespectful. The customer service was disappointing and did not meet expectations for a hotel.

Great value for a short stay in Beijing
+ The room itself was excellent, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the staff were helpful (slightly limited due to lack of English), and the airport transfer service was a great benefit.
− The location was a bit far from anything, there were no restaurants that I could find in the immediate vicinity, though the hotel was able to organise a taxi when required. Personally it would have been very helpful if the staff had a little English, but they tried their best with google translate.

I paid 52 SGD/Rm/Night. which is ok. Check later price went up 100Sgd/Rm/Night. Not worth 100sgd
+ Shuttle Bus to Airport. Staff (Front Desk) was ok. Check in and Check out was swift. No issue. Check in at 9.30pm Check out 5.30am. Room was adequate . Shuttle Bus Driver was Good.
− Not really only the ride to the airport was longer than expected. Almost 20mins in a no traffic condition 5.30am.
